Call 607-326-7310 or email us. Holiday weeks and holiday weekends require a three-night stay minimum. Two-night minimum required for non-holiday weekends. Minimums and rates subject to change. We suggest reserving well in advance of holidays to ensure that your group’s needs will be met.

Upon request and with advanced notice, we can accommodate large groups. If interested, ask for our weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates.

Payment
We accept checks, money orders or PayPal (email for instructions on how to make a deposit via PayPal).

Cancellations
If you reserve a room and cancel, a 20% cancellation fee will be imposed. If you cancel on or within 14 days of your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. Should you shorten your stay while you are at the Scudder Hill House, you will be charged according to the reservation made at the time of the booking.

Reservations for special occasions and reservations booked well in advance of occupancy date (3 months or more), email us for cancellation terms.

Extra Occupants
Rates are for 2–4 person occupancy, depending upon what room you choose. An additional fee of $20 will be charged per extra person staying in your room to cover breakfasts, daily utilities, and cleaning costs.

Check-In
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Should your arrival be later than 6:00 pm, directions to your room will be provided, upon your request. Office hours for phone calls: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Email: )

Pets
We have a smoke-free and pet-free environment. We do suggest Toni’s Boarding Kennel (607-326-7983), which is only six miles off Rte 30 north. We have taken a look at this facility and were impressed.
